I would never recommend this company
I would never recommend this company. They don’t answer their phones, they don’t call you back in a timely manner and they completely mislead you. I was very disappointed at the way both of my cases were handled. Both my parents got Covid within days of each other. They have minimal to no access to treatments. After 3 days of misleading me telling me that a nurse would be there nobody ever showed up. They just dismissed the case and said sorry can’t help you. Don’t waste your time on this company. Extremely disappointed.

Im sorry you had that experience. Our records show that we were able to treat your father, and when trying to schedule your mother, our order of medication (which we can only get from the Federal Govt) was not delivered. I hope that you understand the pressure we are under, especially during a surge of patients applying at the same time, it sometimes takes a little longer for us to return phone calls.
