MaacoReviews of maaco.com

Carlos, at 126 Clarence St, San Antonio, was great. He was friendly, considerate and knowledgable. He explained my options for a change of color paint job, and provided an estimate that was right on. The results were beautiful, and better than I ever hoped for. They even detailed the interior—looked like a new car!

I have had two vehicles repaired at Maaco in Kent, WA. I was so pleased with the quality of the repair on the first car that I brought in another car to have the roof Repainted as the clearcoat had failed. The paint matches very well. Their staff is very friendly. I can't speak to all Maaco's but this is a good one!

My experience with Maaco was excellent they work with my budget and have my Toyota RAV4 like new again I hit a tree was totally lost for the insurance company, in just a week and half I have my car back, excellent job guys very happy

I had put off getting estimate / engaging to have car repainted in expecting high pressure 'buy up' options. WOW, I was surprised with not only no pressure but just letting me study options via large screen monitor with flip pages showing pricing and differences. Personnel was available for Q/A only at my instigation. My contact, Chris Sherman, explanations were clear and precise. The personnel was friendly, willing to engage and very knowledgeable offering lots of alternatives. The follow-up communications during the job was outstanding with a number of Q/A via email. Finally, job finished ahead of schedule and we love our 'new' car appearance. I would recommend THIS particular location without hesitation. MAACO #M2849, 2520 W. Used the center in Gaithersburg on Beechcraft avenue. Amazing service and completed in a timely fashion! Farzad offered amazing service

Had my first dealings with Maaco over the past 7 days. We took one of our vehicles in for an estimate, liked the dollar amount and checked it in for a paint job the same day. Eight days later they called and said it was ready. There was a weekend in those days so I figure they had it in their system about 5 or 6 days. The Maaco we dealt with is located at: 5100 Atlantic Avenue Raleigh, N.C. Our dealings were with Brad (who was fighting a cold and trying to move during this time) who was under a lot of pressure on the work and home front but he was always very polite and listened well. Brad gets an A+. The paint job was outstanding without adding a qualifier regarding the fact that this is a money savings place and some people may not expect this level of excellence. We're talking about a 2002 model Nissan Altima with 38,000 actual miles whose only flaw was that the ultra bright and hot North Carolina sun had burned the paint up. The car looked like (fill in your own ugly word) prior to the paint job and then like a miracle in just 6 working days it looked new again. I'm putting in new headlights and tail lights and when that is finished it will look to be in showroom condition. Perhaps others have had lesser experiences but if you're in the Raleigh area and want a paint job on your car or truck take it to Maaco. You will pay for good and get GREAT. Ray Howard
