Racking was in the condition described. The salesman who helped me was quite willing to explain the racking types and changed his quote many times to suit us. I did need to call to check the status a few times as there was no communication for over a week between order placement and shipping.

I've purchased material thru MHE going on 6 years and have had mostly good experiences.

Our company ordered some pallet racks first. The quality and the prices were great! We were so pleased with the pallet racks that we ordered some cantilever racks. I told Renee Craft what our needs were and she set us up perfectly again and also at a great price. We will definitely continue to do business with her and MHE in the future. I have worked with M-H-E (Mark Seprodi) for a few of our warehouse expansion projects. They (Mark) have always made sure we had what we needed in order to properly complete our needs. They usually have the best prices but on the rare occasion where their prices were not the best they always were able to adjust our costs to beat the other quotes we receive. The reason for only 4 stars is, they were not able to get a truck under what we needed in time on our last order, which put us in a crunch during our peck season. And to be fair, it may have been due to a trucking shortage. Over all it has been a good money saving experience on great new and used racking and working with Mark has been a pleasure. We look forward to our next expansion phase with the help of M-H-E.

Normally quick turnarounds for racking, we have had some slight issues, but Chris and his team are quick to remedy the situation as much as possible.

We built a new 150K sq ft warehouse and needed racking, push back, flow racks, etc in the entire space. In addition, we changed our 'standard' pallet size and needed to upgrade our existing racking. I worked with Chris and his team for at least 2 months before we finalized on what we needed and when/how it would be installed. Did we have a few hiccups? Absolutely - but each one was handled by MHE in a fair and professional manner. Pricing was very competitive and they worked with us throughout the entire process. If mistakes were made on either side, we worked together to fixe them. I would definitely work with them again, and would highly recommend them for any racking job, big or small.
