Hi Dan, we deeply apologize for the delay in response from our support team. We recently expanded our support team to a new site location, and, at the same time, we are experiencing a surge in the number of inquiries to our Customer Support teams. Therefore, our response times are slower than normal. We take client feedback seriously, and I’ve shared your message with our Customer Support leadership team and the team at Lytx that is focused on training and quality. You can expect to hear back from one of our representatives soon.

Nacho, We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. Our event triggers are not 100% accurate 100% of the time. In order to accommodate that, we encourage coaches to dispute events/behaviors observed as they see fit so we can take another look and confirm accuracy. The best way to do so is to click more actions while in the event and send us a message using the "question about an events assessment" template. This will route back to our event review team so they can take a closer look.

Hi Brian- We apologize for the poor experience when recently contacting our Customer Support team. We pride ourselves on our customer service and hold ourselves to a high standard. We are truly sorry for the experience you are having. Our Customer Support teams are experiencing increased volume resulting in higher-than-normal response times for emailed support cases. This is an unprecedented time for us as we usually respond to cases within 24 hours. Please know we are working around the clock to get back to normal service levels. Please call (866) 910-0403 so we can identify your case and work with you in person. Our Customer Support team is available 24/7 to help.
