LyteReviews of lyte.com

I was waitlisted for tickets for Burning Man from four months ago and forgot to cancel the order. I freaked out when a $743 charge came through. After a few emails to them, someone finally replied and canceled my order and refunded the tickets. I had a few days of stress, but it all worked out. Thank you Lyte for refunding.

They are extremely quick and very professional. Highly recommend

I needed exchange tickets for the AVP Manhattan Beach Open and Lily did a great job of canceling and refunding the tickets that were ordered by mistake. I was very relieved and couldn't be happier. Thanks Lily

I messaged Lyte with an issue and was looked after by Jazz. I am so grateful for the help I received and the outcome. A* customer service..!! Thank you :)

Very understanding, understanding my needs and responding to medical issues. Caring and helpfulness, it's a breath of fresh air in the medical experience. Very easy and convenient

Lyte team has great communication and customer service skills.

Saphia was super helpful. We had our wires crossed in the beginning but Saphia stayed professional and was understanding especially considering the multiple panicked emails I sent. I had accidentally missed a payment and my plan was cancelled so as you can imagine I had bombarded Lyte Support with emails. The only thing I didn’t like was the time difference as I’m in New Zealand and the service is based in the US, the response time is also slower. All in all, awesome service from Saphia and the Lyte team! Thank you so much for your help and resolving my issue!!! 😊

Gene was very helpful and provide excellent customer service
