Was referred to them by Front Gate Tickets. Claimed they could give me a refund. Emailed, called, everything, they said they weren’t doing refunds. Horrible experience

Do not resell your tickets on Lyte. They will gouge you and blame it on "dynamic pricing." Plus, when I reached out for an explanation, it took days to get a response and the response was not helpful.

I had listed a ticket on Lyte which was sold and received a confirmation email saying that the payment would be sent to my PayPal 1 day after the event ended. It's now been 10 days, and every time I try to reach out to their customer service, they explain that the original ticketing agency is responsible for my refund, which is NOT true. I even reached out to Lyte prior to the event to confirm I would still receive my payment as the event/ticketing agency changed their policy to accept refunds for a short duration. I would have gone through the official refund process however my ticket was already sold on Lyte so there was nothing I could do but wait. Now I'm still waiting...

Offered me $101 for tickets they sell for $239. Plus "fees" I assume. I consider that a rip off.

How many people ripped off by Lyte? Signed up and paid the fee for opportunity to purchase Jackson Browne tickets in Santa Barbara. First I was given the opportunity to reserve 6 tickets. When I used the code at the sale start time, the system would only let me choose 4 tickets. Moving forward each time I tried to select and purchase tickets I was presented with the message that all tickets were reserved but not sold out and to refresh and try again. I did this from 10:00 until 10:32 when everything was sold out. Very disappointed to say the least. Seems like a money grab for fees. Never again folks.

Most annoying way to receive a refund for your tickets. First of all, it’s taken 2 months to even say I’ll get the refund and then suddenly it takes an extra 3 days to just process it??? Why? I sold my tickets March 21, in the email it states I’ll receive my refund May 17, it’s now May 19, I have yet to receive my refund. The representative is very kind, it’s not her fault, however, it shouldn’t take this long to issue a refund. It’s really not that hard. If you can’t commit to the date given in the email, don’t include it. Simple. I just want my money..
