Randomly taken £6 out of my bank account yesterday?! Bamboozled as haven’t used one of these for months on end. I contacted them to ask and they said it was a mistake and off the back of using it 9 months ago 👀 I’ve emailed in response to ask why they are storing my card details and had no response as of yet

I have been scammed. After months of no visibility on when I would receive my Coachella 2023 tickets, they have been "returned" to Lyte and I have only been given half my money back. Where can I complain? UPDATE The response below is not accurate at all and not representative of the facts. I have a received an email, but my tickets were not reinstated, and I did not get either my money back either. The customer service team has no telephone number and the response time is typically 3-5 days. I stand by my original statement, this feels like a scam.

They just rescheduled the lantern festival due to high winds, which would normally not be that big of a deal. But they did it a week before the original date and pushed it to September (7 months after original date). This is ridiculous. I requested a refund but it seems unlikely that I will receive one because I didn't purchase the $20 ticket protection scam. Save your money they are completely scamming you.

Went to Lyte website to purchase tickets from a friend for an event. The payment page kept saying 'internal error' and didn't show it completing the purchase so I tried several times with different cards. Lyte charged ALL of my cards EVERY time and charged me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for NOTHING because I never even received any tickets.

None of my concert ever show up on their exchange. Have to go to their ‘contact us’ page tell them Their system is not reflecting any of my ticket purchases. They then manually change one concert. I then have to write them again for every subsequent concert. Extremely time consuming.

Absolutely absurd concept, charged me $200 without asking weeks after I joined a waitlist. Why in the world would this not be on an opt in basis?? If you join the waitlist they will CHARGE YOU WITHOUT ASKING and if you miss the email can't get a refund. Yet another predatory ticketing system

Horrible experience using Lyte to purchase my Super Fan NYCC tickets. No access code, finally able to add my VIP and received confirmation to sit tight as orders were being processed on 5/6. I then receive an email on 5/6 asking me if I want to make any changes which I did. Then a 2nd email telling me I’m still in “line” for my VIP pass but could purchase a 4 day pass. Sent an email to Lyte trying to make sense of things but never heard back. I finally decided to go for the 4 day pass just for my entire order to be cancelled and not getting the option to purchase ticket. I paid $99 for a membership that just ripped me off.

Reached out to Lyte to exchange tickets that could no longer be used well ahead of a sold out show. The event had been rescheduled due to COVID and the reissued tickets that were sent were 'invalid' for the exchange. Days passed and no one ever got back to me after an initial email saying the request was received. Surely other people were looking for tickets as the event had been sold out for a month before.
