I subscribed to the Wishlist for sold-out tickets and was pleased to see the transition go through a week later. However, because of Escapade 2021 rescheduling and possible vaccinations being mandatory to attend the show, we will not be going. DX I demanded a refund and Lyte was kind enough to accept. The staff were very responsive during business hours by email and when unsatisfied, another person was there to help me the next day. I strongly recommend Lyte to anyone looking for tickets and I hope that someday we can all party together again without taking an experimental vaccine that isn't proven to work.

I had the BEST experience! Marie was so helpful and genuinely kind. I had a question about tickets that may be/become available and how to go about getting them. She not only answered my question in a very timely manner, she also followed up with me multiple times and did her best to get me the answers to my questions and the means to get done what I needed to do. Marie made me feel like she was really happy to help me, regardless of how many questions I had or how often she needed to respond to me. Her follow up was amazing and so refreshing!

Lyte refunded me automatically right after Durand Jones' show was cancelled. And, I was left at ease by Jay from Team Lyte over our email correspondence.

Jay was so quick to respond to me about the refund timeline for my Electric Forest tickets. It's been such a crazy year, almost two?!, of holding onto these tickets and I ended up making the decision to refund. I was worried I would potentially not get my refund until the event took place, but Jay put my mind at ease :)
