I ordered pre-tickets for BottleRock. The very next day I lost my dog sitter and wanted to cancel my order. I emailed and Marie instantly emailed me back that my order had been cancelled. Great Great Service and Thank You

Jay was super polite and made it very easy to have my questions answered quickly. If my wedding wasn’t the same day as Bottlerock I would probably keep my tickets just to assure great employees like him are kept around. Looking forward to getting tickets from Lyte in the near future, and thanks again, Jay, for your awesome customer service!

Lyte got me in the sold-out show at face value. I was excited to see the Aftershock Festival partner with Lyte to give fans a legitimate way to purchase tickets for this sold-out event and not pay crazy reseller fees. It was a very easy process. I put in my request and the next day they sold me a ticket. Too Easy. Hopefully this is the way of the future to always keep returned tickets, resellable at face value. thank you Lyte!! Keep doing the lords work.
