Lyte-this platform and the people running the messaging team and customer service support was absolutely amazing. Our tickets were canceled because of my card and we missed the two hour window. Find a phone number to call them so I use the messaging platform and they responded back within minutes. we continue to email back-and-forth. It was resolved and luckily they were able to give us another opportunity to get the tickets! I was really prepared for a frustrating robot or a dead end answer. So pleasantly surprised about this platform and the Lyte team.

Jazz responded to my email within 24 hours and answered my question/request very clearly and concise. I wanted to upgrade my GA Sol Blume ticket to a VIP ticket and they were able to assist me with that very easily. They were a big help.
