LyteReviews of lyte.com

The Lyte team came through fior me when I thought I was going to lose several hundred dollars for tickets that I acquired too late to make travel arrangements for. And they did that by simply reading the email I had sent them. They rock. Big thumbs up to Jay on Team Lyte.

Jay and Team Lyte were great. Got me tickets from wait list as requested and managed return when I could not attend one of the events.

I had a technical issue through the website where I bought my tickets originally. I kept e-mailing back and forth with Lyte and Jay always e-mailed me back in a timely matter with solutions. He made sure my issue was fixed/solved by communicating/responding back to my e-mails and doing his part on their end.

Marie is a rockstar of customer service. An error entirely on my part could have cost me a good sum of money. With a few keystrokes, Marie made it all go away!

I experienced web site issues when purchasing and Rachel in support was able to quickly resolve my issue.

I had the pleasure of having Jay assist me. His responses were quick and gave me all the answers I needed. When I had trouble doing something on my own, he had it done for me right away! Great experience!

Rachel was very quick to handle a mistake that I had made really satisfied with her services.

Excellent customer service. When I had problems purchasing my tickets through the venue’s booking system and using the presale code provided, Jay was fast to reply and resolved my problem straight away. Thank you! ☺️
