I had ordered tickets to bottlerock 2020 and was nervous bc covid happened and they never came! A year later- I still wanted them bc they are a wedding gift for my bff and her husbands wedding. I reached out to customer service for support yesterday and got an answer back from Marie (Team Lyte) literally before I woke up THIS MORNING! It was good news- they arrive 6-10 days before the festival (in case any one else is wondering!) She was so quick to alleviate any stress I had. Thank you so much Marie for your quick response and help! Can’t wait to give these as a gift.

Costumer service is amazing!!! I had quite a few issues with ordering tickets to a festival and Lyte's spectaculer costumer service helped me through fast, until I had my tickets. Cant thank them enough❤

I accidentally cancelled my ticket order and emailed Lyte. I received an email back the following morning and the issue was resolved. Jay was great! Would highly recommend.

Lyte has great customer service. When my ticket was issued before I had a chance to cancel my ticket request, they worked with me to cancel the ticket and refund me my money, since I didn't want to go to the show anymore. I greatly appreciated Jay's customer service.
