Same problem as Christine re. Thursday Bruce Springsteen hyde park ticket, messaged Lyte about 5 times since early last week, first time i was told my ticket would be in the BST app by July 1st, all the other times by July 4th, and nothing. Just my proof of order in the Lyte link they sent.

This review is for anyone who repurchased Bruce Springsteen tickets. You need to download the BST app, sign up with email you purchased your tickets with, the tickets will show up in the bst app not the lyte app.

Bought Springsteen tickets for the BST Hyde Park show via Festicket. Like many others I then tried to repurchase them via Lyte - directed by the organisers! After multiple support tickets and weeks and weeks I finally was able to purchase them again. It's now less than a week to go and I still don't have any tickets, just a confirmation I've paid. It looks like I don't actually own them at all, but am waiting for someone to return theirs?! Not what I signed up for - I bought tickets myself, not a resale. No response to yet another support ticket yesterday either. Terrible service for most of it, it feels like I'm being scammed!

I bought tickets in FESTICKET with a Booking Protect, unfortunately as you know FESTICKET changed his name to LYTE I have my email where I got the ticket for the festival ROAM 2023 that was cancelled and until this day no one is giving me my money back. WHO'S GONNA ANSWER? I have the email of my tickets and sends me when I click it immedietely to your webpage LYTE SO ARE YOU GONNA GIVE ME MONEY?

I decided to use lyte to resell my tickets to gulf coast jams since I could no longer attend. I thought this was a reliable site since they contacted me via the platform we used to purchase our tickets. We returned the tickets in January and even received a confirmation email in January stating our return would be issued June 5th. On the 5th no refund was issued and like everyone else I was told it was PayPal issues. I responded for more details about this issue and they have NEVER responded! And still NO refund. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE. Updating this to say after leaving reviews on numerous platforms and filling a complaint with the better business bureau, I have received my refund.

Sold my Bottlerock tickets and never received my payment. Lyte said Pay pal error. Contacted Paypal and they have not received any info from LYte. was supposed to get refund on May 30th.

On May 20th I received an email from Lyte asking me if I wanted to return my VIP tickets for the I Love RnB Festival. Since I wasn’t going to be unable to attend I decided to return them. The email said that I would receive my money via PayPal on May 30th AFTER the festival. On May 30th, I hadn’t received my money so I sent an email with no response. On May 31st, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I sent an email letting Lyte no that I filed a claim and all of a sudden they replied to my email saying that there was an issue with PayPal (which seems to be the excuse that they always use), that had been resolved and that I would receive payment no later than June 7th. Now here it is June 7th and I still haven’t received my money. In the future, if you purchase tickets from them and need to sell them, you’d be better off selling them yourself and not waiting to be be paid out by Lyte. I’ve tagged them and the news on twitter, and I’m about to start social media pages for everyone that has been lied to by Lyte to come together and maybe we can start a class action lawsuit, because they shouldn’t be able to keep our money hostage like this! Update: As of 10:08 am, June 8,2023, I have finally received payment. My advice to you if you haven’t been paid is to keep pestering them until they pay you what they owe you!

Still have not received my payment. Given the same excuse about Paypal, confirmed with Paypal this was not the case. It’s been weeks and still no reimbursement in sight. I just want an honest update here. I trusted this site bc they targeted me through my purchase with See Tickets. If I get no response from either, I will never be purchasing or selling tickets through either again. I have already lost nearly $100 because of both sites fees, and not it looks likely another $375 bc they are not refunding the ticket. Cannot wrap my head around how these sites can charge this much in fees and still not be able to manage things properly. What exactly are we paying for here?
