Mistakes were made, but Lyte helped.
I thought I'd messed up and was panicking, but Lily replied to me very quickly and confidently, reassuring me that all was well and explaining the intricacies of the situation. Very reassuring, highly appreciated.

Lyte is great for last minute people like myself
Sold my ticket very last minute, I didn't get a lot of money for it but that was the markets fault, not Lyte's. I will receive my money in a couple of days, which is great! I had a question about my wristbands and they answered right away, support is great! Highly recommend using Lyte.

I was not able to attend a show I had tix for and I contacted Lyte about my options and within a few hours I received an email from Lily that I was given a full refund. Great customer service by Lyte and a great help from Lily!
