Jay went above and beyond. I had been on the waiting list for Stagecoach tickets for 2. I had almost given up and invited a 3rd friend to join us in GA. Then I got the two seats. I asked if we could get 3 tickets instead and within a few days, they had made it happen. Thank you for going the extra mile for customer service!

I was nervous about ordering Aftershock 2021 tickets through this site but now I’ll always order them through Lyte. Before the show I emailed my concerns and they replied with answers within 24 hours. The tickets didn’t come in the mail but they were waiting for me at the box office. Zero issues. Bought a three day pass for only $168. The next day I ordered my daughter a Sunday ticket. I’ll never use another site for these tickets. Thank you

We purchased 4 tickets to Billy Strings Renewal for our sons birthday. He and his girlfriend got breakthrough Covid right before the festival and had to quarantine. Lyte made it right by refunding their two tickets. We are so grateful that someone out there still does the right thing!! Thank you, thank you!!!

I was having an issue with the NYCC support team… my emails were rarely returned and I was not able to speak to anyone. I bought 1 ticket through reedpop and 3 through lyte. The vaccination mandate changed after I bought my tickets and now was unable to attend. It was a nightmare dealing with NYCC to get a refund. The day before the show they emailed saying I would have to connect Lyte for a refund which left me in limbo if possible not getting a refund and having to try to sell my tickets. I emailed lyte and no questions asked was given a refund! It was see less and the easiest interaction i’ve had during this whole ordeal. Thank you for actually understanding the meaning of customer service and putting the customer first during this unpresidented times. you guys are the best!
