Had a great experience with Lyte. There was an issue where I apparently was on their waiting list for first day tickets but I had gone ahead and bought second day tickets. When some first day tickets became available several months later, I received a text message that my order was about to be processed, I told them I didn't need them anymore. They were very understanding and accommodating and allowed me to not have to purchase the additional tickets despite their no cancellation rule. Thanks Lyte for your understanding and flexibility!
