Unfortunately we realized we would not be able to attend StageCoach this year, and I began the process of returning my purchase of an RV spot. Although the process was not super simple, over the period of a few days, RACHEL with Lyte helped me out at EVERY TURN. Most of the “process being difficult” was due to my being unfamiliar with the process, and Rachel never appeared to get frustrated with me, but rather stuck by me through email to insure I got what I needed DONE.
