Payment took a couple days longer than advertised, but much easier than attempting to sell a ticket on the open market.

I’m glad my requests were resolved! Very helpful customer service! Marie is the best! Only room for improvement is that I would reply back to emails sometimes and then I would get an email back days later saying they haven’t seen me reply, and that they were about to close my case. So I’ve had to do duplicate replies and it made it way longer to get my case resolved

I had ordered 2 tickets for LIB and paid but for some reason my card didn't go through and I only had 24 hours to fix it but I didn't see them email till it was too late and lost the tickets. After emailing the Lyte staff they were generous enough to give me back the tickets I had reserved and are partially refunding me since I had to repurchase the tickets at a higher price than before. Thankfully theres a happy ending I got my original two tickets and am only having to pay for the original price so I am thankful and happy everything worked out! Thank you Lyte team!
