I had the best experiance and fastest replay ever! My festival parking pass hasn't arrived yet. It states it was delivered to my city on 6/11/22. Still has not arrived, today is 6/16/22. Went down to the post office 6/16/22 and they stated they do not have it, that it's in another city. I emailed Lyte, and I had a response with in 25 minutes. Jazz with Team Lyte was so helpful! Informed me that if I don't receive my festival parking pass in time, I just need to show the email of our correspondence, and my conformation purchase of the pass when I arrive to the box-office. Had an issue in claiming my tickets. Lyte has a policy that if your card fails you have 71 hours to provide a backup payment method. I had a response from customer support within an hour to help me out so I could claim my tix in the time frame
