I am thrilled I found Lyrical Hair. Before I knew about Lyrical Hair I was dealing with other companies that required me to wait months for an order coming from China. With recent tariffs, the price was skyrocketing. Lyrical Hair stocks thousands of hair systems in their warehouse in California and can't believe I receive my hair system three days after ordering. In addition, they are great to work with. There website is clear and easy to use, and their customer service is A+. I say that because several months ago I ordered two systems and only received one. I also wanted to change the percentage of grey hair in the system that was not sent. They took care of everything and received my hair system immediately. I strongly recommend Lyrical Hair.

I am returning because of quality and color.. it appears to be mostly silver not the 60% Gray that was requested nor a does it appear to be dark brown.
