No returns allowed, even if they say they are
Before I ordered I wanted to confirm I could return. They assured me I could and could even ship to a local distribution center. Just a few weeks later when I tried to return suddenly the local distribution center has closed and I can’t even ship back to china at my expense because it might get lost. Offered a partial refund. Will never order here again, obviously. I also paid for expedited shipping and it still took more than 2 weeks
