We bought a Packer sign and it separated from the piece it hung from after hanging for about a year and a half. I worked with customer service and they were great at communicating and offered to send me a new one at a discounted rate. However, the new one came and the colors were off. So I reached out and sent pictures to the customer service team and they sent me instructions on how to fix it. While getting this sign to be at the quality I was promised took time and effort, I appreciate how supportive and communicative the customer service team was. If you get a sign, I strongly encourage you to put nails underneath for additional support.

I was charged and never received my order. The contact number is not a working number and my emails have gone unanswered.

I don't like the typography use for the design. I like the other aspects.
