I stuck it out with them for 6 months, and they gave me ZERO results. They sent three rounds of standard dispute letters that were completely ineffective. Dragged their feet, charged me every month, and I got absolutely NO improvement in my credit scores, and some even went DOWN!

This is a bunch of bullshit I have reached out to Evan himself explaining the runaround im getting from his staff and he hasn't read the message let alone responded to me his staff keeps changing on me asking me for verification bills which I've sent to 3 different people and nothing has been done besides the charging me twice already for the service and nothing has been done or changed on my credit score. I want full mo ey back and there is no one to get ahold of customer service sucks nobody answers text messages or phone calls. Don't believe the bullshit thats being said...

I signed up and promised results and my credit score tanked this company is a fraud

I don't like when companies over promise and under deliver. Was sold on the abilities to get more funding then what two other companies said i could. bit the bullet and paid more in fees to get it but they fell short and hit the same number as the other two companies said i would get. Don't recommend.

Zero stars. This company is a rip off. They don’t keep you informed about what they’re doing. They have the worst customer service. Sent several emails about cancellation of my account, received a confirmation but was still charged for a month they did nothing!!

If there was a way to leave a zero stars, I would. These people take your money, do not communicate and leave you wondering what is going on. I saw positive reviews and gave it a try. On month 3, I have had no contact to review progress and have seen no improvement to my scores. When I reached out and alerted the person I assume is in charge, he told me it was “unacceptable “ that nobody reached out. We agreed to talk the next day at noon. He said “we are locked in for Noon AZ time.” Today, at 2:45pm, I asked what happened. He first tried to say my VM let me down. When I called out his BS, he apologized. At this point I asked to just cancel my service and refund me. He kept saying let’s talk tomorrow and then you can cancel. I said no, you lied about calling me, I’ve seen no results, cancel it. He then tried to deflect blame to me saying did I send this in? Did I do that? I mean, deflecting blame on me after admitting you dropped the ball. This is just bad service and more importantly, bad customer service. Find a credible company and hire them. This isn’t one of them

Was told I could get a personal loan because I have EXCELLENT credit. Scheduled an appointment only to be told I had to sign up for a credit counseling service to " fix" my credit. Then they would help me find a lender. Complete SCAM, DISGUSTING.

What a joke. Signed up in April and paid nearly $1k for my husband and my inquiries to be removed so we could apply for more credit. We were then forced to sign up for "Freecreditscore.com," which cost us each $97 a month (one of the main ways the company makes money). After a few months (and many nagging reminder emails later) we did have our inquiries removed. My husband and I both had over 800 credit scores, and our rep began directing our 0% APR biz applications. Their "special" application methods involve telling you what numbers to lie about on your application and what business sector to claim. They brag they have special relationships with reps that will get you higher limits than the typical $3k credit limit you can get by applying yourself. Well, after several months and applications, here are our results: $12k for 6 months (at 7.5% cost) $3k for 18 months (at 7.5% cost) Every other card was DENIED So after 4+ months, here’s what I spent to get $15k of credit: ~$1,000 initial service fee ~$776 for 4 months of Freecreditscore.com $1,125 in 7.5% fees on the $15k credit Total spent: $2,901. That means my so-called “0% APR” business credit actually works out to an effective APR of about 33% when you factor in all the fees and subscription costs.
