Luxxedition team is very responsive and efficient! I have experienced it both as a buyer and a seller :) As a buyer, the Chanel bag was beautifully packaged. As a seller, my Chanel bag was sold 2 days after they posted it and I received my payout more than a week after. Will transact with them again in the future for sure! :)

The process from start to finish was so easy! Michelle was very responsive and so helpful with all my questions. Both from making a purchase and also consigning. I will definitely be a returning customer and have already referred friends to check her out.

Michelle is wonderful to work with! I have purchased twice and the process was not only seamless but the condition of the bags were incomparable. Beautiful packaging that made my unboxing extra special. Very trusted seller and exceptional inventory of vintage and overall luxury items. Can’t wait to find the next piece!

My experience with Michelle has been overwhelmingly positive. She is thorough, patient, and very quick. I got my package beautifully wrapped and in my hands a day after payment was sent. Looking forward to purchasing from her again!
