When I think about my experience about this company, one word comes to mind—trustworthy. The item I bought was as described. What I saw and expected is what I got, if not better. I was promised a certain delivery date and time and I have received my order on the dot. The customer service was excellent —from beginning to end.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with LuxxEdition Inc! They made the entire transaction so smooth and enjoyable, and they helped me find this gorgeous Chanel suede bag that I’ve always dreamed of owning. It arrived in such amazing condition and honestly, even better than I expected! As a first-time buyer, I had so many questions, but they were incredibly communicative, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. And can we talk about the packaging?! This is hands down the best-packed preloved bag I have ever received. You can truly see the care and effort they put into every detail. I cannot recommend LuxxEdition Inc enough! Thank you for making this dream bag purchase such a wonderful experience. ❤️ Wishing you and the business so much more success, you deserve it! I’ll definitely be back!

Really easy experience from messaging on ig to secure the bag to sending money via zelle and receiving the bag the next day. It was packaged beautifully and accurate to the description on the website.
