This company won't respond to emails. I have not recieved my bracelet that my mom ordered for my birthday. It says it was delivered but no delivery yet.

Anliebsten würde ich garkeinen Stern geben. Meine Mutter hat 3 Tochter Ketten gekauft. 2 davon sind noch super am glänzen, die andere ist nach einen Monat total abgedunkelt. Sieht nicht mehr schön aus. Weder Ersatz noch Erstattung wird angeboten. Total Mist, das man darauf jetzt sitzen bleibt, weil schön sieht das nicht aus....

Bitte beachtet das es sich um Modeschmuck zu sehr teuren Preisen handelt. Der Rückversand muss selbst bezahlt werden - - - - Nach China. Kosten: 45€ Selbst bei defekten Artikel bekommt man kein Retouren Label!

I ordered a leather bracelet for my husband with our children’s names on. The pictures looked amazing and I paid over £50 for it, which I felt was expensive. It took four weeks to arrive and I am so disappointed with the finish. The third name on the bracelet isn’t straight. It looks awful - really shoddy which is such a shame because the bracket itself is pretty good quality actually. I’ve contacted the company to ask them to rectify this… I just hope they do.

If I could would be zero rating please stay well clear of this rip off company. Items received are rubbish quality. send them back recorded delivery is a waste of time because they don't bother to acknowledge anything including emails. Hopefully if you are a customer don't waste your money on inferior products and as fir getting your money just throw it down the drain stay clear please

Es kamen nach langer Zeit nur zwei von drei bestellten Armbändern. Da war es zu spät für meine drei Töchter! Außerdem sehen die Armbänder aus, wie von Kindern gemacht und so klein für Kinder gemacht! Geht gar nicht!!!
