Beware of this company. We ordered a 78" bathroom vanity at start of our bathroom remodel and upon receiving we checked inside the boxes and saw what we thought everything intact. Sadly we have learned the lesson of CLOSER inspection upon arrival and prior reading thoroughly online reviews. There was a hairline crack from end of the Carrera top to the sink hole which was not glaringly apparent BUT because this is a vulnerable area with marble is susceptible for cracks as mentioned by our contractor. He also states that this piece was in cardboard and covered with thin styrofoam and should have been packaged more sturdily. The company refused to acknowledge poor craftsmanship and I was out my money, period! Because we didn't immediately try to return or exchange, we were stuck with buying a completely new top. They offered to "sell" me a new top, but we went with a different local company and now have a beautiful counter top.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a vanity, vanity top and mirror. All were damaged. Company will not refund or send me new product because I missed their 2 day deadline. Mirror was shattered and frame deeply scratched. Vanity was deeply scratched. Vanity top was broke into 3 pieces. Terrible customer service!

Shockingly poor communication. When I enquired how long before my furniture arrived I was given the name of the transport company and told to contact them. Guess what, the transport company would only deal with the company. The directions for how to put together the furniture when they arrived were not readable. I asked them to email a copy and still waiting for a response. When the furniture arrived it got scratched coming out of the box, cheap nasty furniture. Do not buy from this company.

I’m a contractor, I buy on average between 75 - 100 vanities per year. I bought a 72” double vanity with no top, the item arrived dumped in my drive way, the box was wet and had a few puncture marks in it. I had one of my employees inspect it for damage, there was no damage where the box was so normally that would be ok but when looking closer it appeared to be separating at the joins and the paint was flaking off, I then gave a more vigorous inspection and could see it was terrible quality, door dowels were not drilled on Center, edges were not smooth, the draws scraped as you opened them. The vanity was in my opinion a disgusting attempt at cabinetry. That was one thing, the other was the customer service, when I complained they were quick to point out that in order to return, it needed to be packaged exactly the same as it was shipped, not a problem if I had just changed my mind but I wasn’t returning, I just wanted my money back, the original packaging could not be perfectly preserved and when I pointed that out, they refused a refund and would send a touch up pen! Absolutely ridiculous, this item is total junk, and the company is just a third part to the manufacturer so they don’t give a damn! I’m now disputing this through legal channels, this is not a good company to do business with, no moral or ethical compass.

If you can find what you like elsewhere, DON'T buy it here. If anything goes wrong you will never be able to get a response from this company. I have been emailing and phoning for weeks but they never respond.

This company is absolutely dishonest and shady! My items never shipped. When I finally said that I was stopping payment and cancelling payment due to lack of response/correspondence, the funds were withdrawn and a notice of shipping was sent within 10 minutes! Of course, no tracking info was ever available. When I asked about my refund, I was told it would be returned to my card as soon as the item was returned to the warehouse- that it had already left the dock! I was then given a date by which the funds would be returned to my account. That date came and went. I was then informed by Ella that their account manager was unable to return the funds to my card and would mail me a check. She could not give me a date for this. The withdrawal was made from my account under the name 'Aspira.' When I called the number listed, a man answered and was caught off guard when I asked if this was Aspira. After a few seconds, he said, oh ya, I mean I'm part of that company. All very unprofessional and hokey! Over a month now and no sign of resolve! Do Not do business with Luxury Living Direct or Aspira!

I am beyond upset with this company and the freight carriers they have contracted with. I bought a vanity on Jan. 28. The transport company called to make an appointment for delivery on 2/6. Then they called back and told me the shipper had suspended shipment. I called Luxury Living Direct and they told me they would resolve the problem. Their intermediary, Custom Companies (shipper), says Luxury Living Direct knows why they won't release my shipment. Now Luxury Living won't take a call ("leave a message") or email me back. The customer service rep "Ella" has a "out of office" message. Are these people going bankrupt or what? Meanwhile, my vanity sits on a truck in Houston and my 86 year old mother waits to move into a house.

This company promised me a refund over a year ago and has yet to follow through on their promise. I have contacted them numerous times via email and phone, with ZERO response from them. I issued complaints with the BBB and California Attorney General and they even refused to respond to them as well. I have documentation of being promised a refund by two employees of their company, yet nothing has been received. I am floored that a company of this size will refuse to respond to customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - they may have cheap prices, but you will pay for that if you ever have a problem with the merchandise. They are the worst company to deal with ever!!!! Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else
