Stay away from this company. Does not answer their emails or phone calls when you try calling them. Not sure how they list so many watches on eBay when no one picks up their phones. Seems very shady; looking at their reviews seems like everyone has had the same issue.

Stay far away from this shop. I dropped off my watch for repair. It has been over five months now. They aren't answering my emails. I have contacted the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. It is a disgrace to run a business like this.

Never got my order. Ordered January 7th 2025, then a few days ago luxtimeco said they will issue refund, but it will take 10 days to receive. I had to keep reaching out to them to find out where my order was.

We contacted the customer for refund and they never replied. We have proof in emails as well. We sent numerous emails asking for info on how to send refund but never received a reply. Be happy to share proof with our customers.
