5 stars for Charissa, our Lux consultant!!! Else 3 Stars *ONLY* due to technical issues that ended up spoiling the enthusiasm on our side. Lux/SLS delivered (or continually attempted to) as promised... but the issues we ran into were LinkedIn lockouts, and CRM phone issues... neither were caused by Lux nor our team, and in fact some within the advisor Skool community had dealt with similar, and got out of the problems quicker. Charissa never once showed frustration, and kept showing up gungho, helpful, and ready to go. Bilal kept voluntarily extended their appointment delivery and money back guarantee, month over month, while we mutually battled the technical issues. In the end, after many months' efforts, our advisors and phone reps ran out of patience (but in great fairness, Charissa and Bilal *NEVER* did.) When I made the call to pull the plug, Bilal made 100% good on the Lux guarantees, despite the fact he continued to offer to extend their time & efforts on his own dime, and we were the ones throwing in the towel. I'd say anyone serving the accumulator demographic and ready to follow the Lux follow-up and conversion system is very likely to do great numbers!
