Driver was very nice, car arrived on time. No problem getting us to our destination. My only complaint is the is seat in the car were dirty. Good thing we had something to cover them.

Pick up at home was ahead of time and great service. On the way back, service said our driver was involved in accident and new driver was at O'Hare and would be there in 30 minutes. Not the new guys fault but it took 45 minutes to arrive. Communication could have been better.

I contacted Luxor from the internet with no prior experience or references. The reservation process was easy and they sent a follow up confirmation with all the details. The driver showed up a few minutes early, called to let me know he was waiting, and then drove me to my destination without a problem. They have competitive rates and professional drivers. I will definitely use Luxor again.

I don't know how much more I could recommend Luxor's impeccable service. I have used them several times and have yet to run into any issues worth mentioning. The driver was punctual on each occasion, often arriving fifteen minutes or earlier than our arranged pickup. His manner was pleasant and accommodating. Not overly talkative, but attentive to our needs (assistance with loading the baggage, opening the door for passengers). I've used other car services, at a comparable rate, where I've had to load my own baggage and open my own door. Pretentious as it may sound, for the money you're spending, these things should be standard practice. The car itself was spacious, and fit within the prerequisites discussed with the person that made my reservation. It is in the reservation department that I would make my only recommendation- and admittedly, this is a really minor grievance. On more than one occasion, I found the receptionists to be brusque and downright cold. Being in customer service, I know how vital something as simple as a pleasant voice can be in shaping the client's overall experience. To summarize, I must a say, not all car services are created equal. Luxor is a cut way above.
