I never do reviews, but I feel obligated to do this one. The car was 40 minutes late and when i called to inquire as to what was happening, they were rude and unapologetic. They must delete all negative reviews, because when I chose this car service all the reviews were positive. I would not even consider using them again. Awful

The drivers were very good, nice clean new vehicles. I used their services 3 times while in New York. But on one trip they quoted me a price then sent a receipt for that price, but then charged me more on my credit card. Apparently they made an error on the quote and receipt and corrected it after the fact. E-mailed them and they would not honor the price that was quoted and that they sent a receipt for.

Unable to locate the car when we arrived at the airport. Car smelled & wasn't clean & barely large enough for our stuff. Driver didn't say 1 word to us & drove crazy but everyone in NYC drove that way. Not a pleasant way to start our trip to NYC. We were very disappointed.

The driver did not come 15 minutes early. He also was not nice to us and he tried to end our 4 hour ride in 3 hours. He did not open the door and he was rude to us. My partner asked for his name and he rolled his eyes and drove off.

We scheduled a car to pick us up in Southampton to get us to JFK and the car was so late - almost an hour - we had to call another taxi company and were very fortunate not to miss our flight. Luxor limo fed us incorrect information telling us the car was 10mns away for the first 30mn and then after 30mns told us the car was 20mns away. Unacceptable from start to finish.

I wanted to use a car service so I wouldn't have to stress about parking at JFK, but in hindsight I would have been better off driving myself! The dispatcher called me to say the driver would be 10 minutes late, but in the end he was 30 minutes late. The website guarantees they will be on time or your money back, but in the fine print they exclude traffic. I will never use Luxor again, and have told everyone I know not to use them either.
