Although the rates are a bit high...it's justified if you need to get to your destination on time (airport!) and when there's inclement weather (snow). Driver was on time for pickup even though it was snowing and drove safely not wrecklessly. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Overall my experience was a good one, however our driver appeared to not be in a good mood as it was 4:30am. He was grouchy made no conversation when asking him questions and just appeared rude. Other than got the job done! Our initial pick up driver was great, he was nice and made conversation!

Driver did not talk, when we ask questions it was difficult for him to answer

This Limo Service was the perfect start for a wonderful time in New York. We got off the plane and the car and driver were waiting for us. No Wait!! Driver was very good. Will use them again when we go back.

Everything was fine although the car was 10 minutes late, but what can you expect the day before Thanksgiving. A smoth ride with a nice, clean, comfortable car and a polite and cautious driver! But I think it should be made clear at the web site that the price you receive when confirming your booking and charge to your credit card is not the final price! The final and higher price (it was actally 30% higher) is stated on the email that you receive a few hours later as confirmation, but who notices that....

The driver was early for all three pickups, the drivers were courteous and professionally dressed especially Omar , he was great! The vehicles were new and very clean, my only negative was we were supposed to have a meet and greet inside the terminal at baggage claim for which I was charged extra to park the car which we didn't receive.

I used Luxor Limo multiple times on a recent trip. The drivers were all right on time. The vehicles were all clean, nice and new. One driver drove too quickly in the rain for my comfort level and scoffed when I asked him to slow down. Otherwise, no complaints and would definitely use the service again.
