Took a full price ride to the suburbs from the city which went uneventfully, However, they topped up the bill with a suggested gratuity that they would not remove from the bill. Most limo car companies just bill flat rate and that's that. The customer service people could not have cared less.

Driver had no idea how to get to LGA- which I assume they do often?? It seemed like he was taking longest route possible to, maybe for money.. Bad service for pickup too. Terrible communication with driver and almost impossible to locate at pickup. He had our flight number and airline, it should not have been a struggle to get him infringe baggage claim. Will never use this service again, over priced and awful service.

I was promised a stretch limo and then emailed twice with two different car types but couldnt cancel as I was within the cancellation window. They had a sedan AND an SUV show up. The driver lied and said the parking lot was closed. It wasnt. i saw when i went out. He didnt want to park and come in, even though i paid for full service, driver and tip . I complained to credit card company an the company sent though the confirmation email. But as i mentioned above this was a bait and switch. The dispatcher said he would listen to the tape and call me back that day.. It is now approx 3 months later. scam scam scam.

Quotes provided online are not the true quotes. They call back after you have reserved and say there are actually higher minimums and your price will rise substantially. I spoke with Luxor on the phone and they said these "minimum" are listed on their website but when I navigated through (with their rep on the phone guiding me) we could not find any of this information.

My card was charged for a service which Luxor Limo never confirmed or sent a quotation / confirmation email. For past services I requested, Luxor Limo did send me a confirmation email. Not this time; but still, they charged my card and now they refuse to refund the amount charged. Furthermore, the price for the non-authorised nor provided service is totally unacceptable. If I had gotten a quotation, I would have immediately reject it. Too bad for Luxor Limo and its Customare Care service. I'll never book a transfer with them again.

This was a ride to NYC from hell the longest red I took in my lifetime. I had clients from a big company and they were really shuck up from this one wow. We were glad to be home.

Trying to get the limo ordered was extremely difficult. The woman on the other end of the line would not work with me in anyway to make my experience pleasurable. The car that picked us up was early and the driver sounded irritated that we were not ready. Then when we got out to the car, he was climbing out of the back with a lint roller that was covered in crumbs, hair and whatever else was back there. I'm glad it was cleaned up but it should have been taken care of before we arrived. Then, on our way into the city most of the controls in the back of the limo did not work, the driver had no idea of how to operate anything even though he said if we had any questions do not hesitate to ask. Also the limo had a horrible coolant leak that had an almost suffocating smell. Then when we got to our first destination to pick up another passenger, the driver informed us that they were sending a different limo to come get us because someone else wanted the one we were in. That was supposed to take a half hour. Thankfully they changed their mind and we were able to get to our second destination where the other limo was waiting. After dinner we got the ride home in one of the most jerky rides we've ever had. Also the driver didn't seem to know where he was really trying to go most of the time.

The company charged me nearly $1000 dollars for a $58 cab ride. They told me it was a deposit hold??? Luckly my bank caught in on time. The driver was amazing tho
