The car identification was not for Luxor, and our name was not in the window. Once we determined after looking several times where we thought the car might be located that the car was for us, the driver was unapologetic and surly about the issue. Clearly Luxor uses other car services to meet their needs. We would never use this service again.

In a pick up from LGA, the driver was late as he couldn't call a non-US phone. Then had us walk for 10 minutes to a random car park where the car was waiting. In truth the car itself was excellent, the the lack of professionalism and service was inexplicable.

the car was very late at the airport. I had to call many times the company to obtain at last the reserved car. the company refused to consider my complaint and refuses to reimburse me the cost of my trip.

Both times I used them they were late, and once over 45 minutes late and i was still billed even though they have a guarantee . Both times , I had to call in, the ladies answering the phone made it seem like it was my fault. first time they were at the wrong terminal from where my plane landed. Going back to the Airport days later they told me the Limo couldn't get to my hotel it wasn't possible even though I told them limos were at that very moment picking people up in front of my hotel. They argued with me and wanted me to take my lugage and walk 10 blocks to meet the car, absurd.

Unacceptable payment terms. Driver rude. Staff communication poor & unorganized. I wouldn't use again even if free.

I ordered a Luxor Limo for pick up at Brooklyn pier after a cruise. We were out waiting for our driver for over 60 minutes. Finally, I borrowed a cell phone and called. The driver was apparently waiting in a holding lot down the road but said he had cruised by. Because I was waiting with several other people, we were ALL checking names in the windows, ad the cars cruised by. Our limo did not cruise by. To make matters worse, I was charged $200 for overtime. However, if I filed a positive review they would discount this. $500 for a ride to downtown!!' They used a second credit card to charge the overtime to, so I protested that but they convinced Amex they deserved the extra funds. Never again!!

my reservation was cancelled without notification. i sat waiting for the car that never showed up and this resulted in missing the wedding i was attending

First off, their customer support on their website is terrible. I tried asking them questions on multiple occasions through their web chat and they dont respond. Against my gut feeling, I subsequently booked the car. When I decided to confirm the reservation the DAY BEFORE, the person on the phone told me that the actual price is twice the amount I was quoted when I reserved the limo. I subsequently canceled the reservation and booked a limo with a more honest and transparent company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself unnecessary stress and use a different company.
