I ordered this Mercedes sprinter van to take the 14 attendees of my wedding to the reception, 15 minutes away. The van that arrived was not the one on the Luxor Limi website. It was set up as a party bus, which was a bit more cramped feeling than he individual seats shown on the website. And one of my guests needed to sit up front with the driver, not with the rest of the group. The driver was not exactly sure of our destination, and overshot it by half a block. I suppose all of these things are technically fine, but on a day that I wanted all to be perfect, it could have been a touch better. The driver was not as well dressed as I would have expected for this service.

The management at Luxor was professional and curtiius however on the day of my event the driver showed up slopply dressed and when missing an exit on the highway he backed up on the highway rather then letting the gps reroute him. Scared my guests and his driving only got worse from there.

My experience with them was fine until they decided to nickel and dime for $100 after they failed to cancel a reservation after I rebooked another one for $2000. Really unimpressive. Will now no longer use.

Our driver was professional, courteous and the vehicle was impeccably clean, however, our driver became lost. As we passed by a science museum on the New Jersey side of the river a third time my confidence in our driver began to disappear. When he turned the wrong way down a one way highway off ramp I became concerned. After wondering aloud whether he should take the Lincoln or Holland tunnel to get to the New York side he turned on his GPS. Eventually, our driver gained sufficient familiarity with the GPS we got on the correct track and made it to our hotel. I don't know how long the trip normally takes but our trip took an hour and 15 minutes. To be fair our driver was very polite and apologetic for his errors.

Very pleased with trip to LaGuardia last May. But the trip from LaGuardia on September 30 was a fiasco. Believe the driver either got lost, didn't know the possible routes or just liked to drive the most roundabout and time consuming route from LaGuardia to the upper East Side. Somehow found ourselves on the upper WEST side and hit a lot of traffic crossing through Central Park.

Luxor is always on time and they use nice cars but they are just way too overpriced. I mean $100 for a trip from the Bronx to LaGuardia, a drive that takes about 15-20 minutes max? Unreasonable. Use luxor if you want a nice car to ride in but you'll be wasting your money or that of your company.

Once the car arrived the service was great. But when you pay for this level of transport and travel 8 or 9 hours with children you expect to be met at the airport by the driver and not have to search for him and then phone the office to find out where the car is. Car arrived about 10 minutes after we came out from arrivals hall at JFK for an afternoon pickup (not the busiest time of day).
