I will never use this company again ....scheduled pickup 315 driver showed up at 6 what a joke

I used this company for my sons prom. There were 5 couples. The driver was 35 minutes late and to top it off, the limo smelled like smoke and 2 of the kidshave asthma. As the kids piled into the limo, the driver was standing in the front of the limo, smoking another cigarette. The kids were almost an hour late to their H.S. prom. I don't recommend them.

For such an important day as my daughters sweet Fifteen was, my expectations were high. I did not foresee the unprofessional service provided by this company. The driver came with a dirty attire, the car was beat up, the inside floor and seats were full of chip crumbs. And as I gave my feedback to the manager.. He did not care and simply asked for a balance. Awesome business huh... You live and you learn.

Landed at LGA. Contacted driver. He yelled at me for being in area 3 instead of area 2. He continued to berate me half way to my destination. He refused to drop me off in front of my destination and made me walk two blocks to my hotel.

Let me start by saying that the customer support and dispatch was awesome. Our experience started bad and got worse. A waste of money and hurt my image when we were dropped off. We hired the limo to pick us up from the train station as we flew in to the city to see our friend who is a very famous German DJ from Canada play at Club Output. We had one stop to pick up some of the other VIP DJs for that night and deliver us in front of club for meet and great and pictures. Driver was angry he had to wait 10 mins as our train was running behind. Mind you we paid for two hours of service. When he realized we weren't his typical rich white old people or tourists he brushed us off like some children He refused to show us how to use the stereo to play music for our friends in limo. He then proceeded to drive as fast as he could through Manhattan and into Brooklyn for our show. We had to ask him to slow down as he made me sick and spilled expensive liquor all over my very expensive designer dress. Treated my famous friends like crap and got mad at me for hanging out in limo outside club while I did my makeup and talked with our friends before the performance. We had te limo for about 40 mins and he literary kicked me out. Didn't open door for me at club. Luckily my fiancé has class and did his job for me. Maybe if he didn't talk to me like he was incovinenced by our travel plans I would have tipped him very well when he picked us up. Gave him a tip at end of night despite being disrespected and told himto take some edicate classes. I will never use your service again and when asks for refund was unable to Talk to any management. Is this unreasonable ? I think not. Grabbing a yellow would have been better.

Driver was very late! Had to call him a couple of times despite it was supposed to be a meet and greet!

I scheduled a limo to pick us up on Saturday at 4pm to take my family to my son's bar mitzvah. When I called at 3:50 to see where they are they said that they were 15 minutes away in traffic. At 4:05 I called back and told me that it would be another 15 minutes. At 4:20 I called back again and said it was another 10 minutes. I asked to cancel and get a credit and got an uber in 2 minutes because I was going to be late to my own son's bar mitzvah......thanks for making the start of this special day so aweful...In the age of GPS, Google Maps and Waze you would think they would be on time and give me accurate information. Terrible

Showed up at airport in very old run down suv - had cracked leather seats, dirty....I'd ordered a town car. Didn't show up at hotel for return portion of round trip which resulted in almost missing flight and a rush- hour cab fare in LA. Have tried repeatedly to get a refund and while I've been told I'll receive one it's been more than month and not only have I not received the promised and deserved refund, now the company doesn't respond to my communication.
