Our limo driver was so nice, courteous, and a good driver. Unfortunately, the limo office did not tell him our Terminal that our international flight was leaving, I called the office and had to ask the operator who "thought" it was the correct terminal. I had to tell the driver. In my opinion, this was not worth the $200 from Newark to Kennedy. I don't blame the new driver at all...office personal needs guest relations work.

Last service they came almost an hour late to pick me up. I almast missed my flight!

Flight was delayed, confirmed with them and Luxor still drove away and charged a no show. How hard would it have been to recognise the new landing time and either call or just be there. I get the charge, but drive away? Had to rebook it and then the driver was unable to call a Canada cell number so I had to approach every driver at Newark until I got the right car. Drivers and cars were fine, delivery poor. I will try someone else next time.

The company didn't send a driver to pick us up from the airport as scheduled. So, we had to take a taxi to our hotel. The remaining scheduled rides were timely.

I only gave 3 stars because I have a baby and requested and paid for a car seat. Driver showed up with no car seat. Completely in a bind since we needed to be at the airport. Very unhappy about that. And I'm still waiting on my refund. I used them before and they had the car seat. Everything was great, however I'm not sure if I will be using them again since I don't know if I can rely on them for my baby's safety. Especially driving in NYC.

Good looking limousine. Driver was not so friendly. No instruction on how to use the controls.There was no aux line for us to connect the iphone for music. We can only play music from radio station.

There have been mishaps with my bookings with Luxor and I don't necessarily understand their pricing; two significantly different prices for the same trip sometimes. But if you're looking for basic without the whistles and bells, then they get the job done.

I really loved this but we lost a lot of time messing with the Bluetooth function for a playlist that my friend spent a lot of time making. No decent radio stations came through. This part really bummed me out (I have a feeling they know it doesn't work and should have told me). Otherwise I appriciated the service and the vehicle and had a great time.
