Very fast shipping. I was not aware the eye frame was from Germany, but I received it in few days. Also, the item was received in brand new condition as described.

I really love your website, It has a lot of good stuff and designer brands.

I was a bit nervous but I ordered, returned and was refunded for a bag, and it was all very efficient. I didn't have to follow up with them to get the money back. Also, the bag was in better condition than what was listed (!) I did hit a snag with a second order, and while customer service over email is a bit hard to work with, by phone the customer service is great.

I have made several purchases through Lux Lair with no issues. Shipping is incredibly fast and they offer great prices.

This coat is worth every penny it was made with. It is warm and made with the best quality materials. It is a very heavy coat. The material is very stiff. I am 138lbs, Usually wear size medium, but this coat has so much insulation that I should have ordered a large for more room. I love my coat!
