While the booking went through easily
While the booking went through easily, the follow up was not as good. Luxe Skies assured me that my check-in would be handled by them, and that I didn’t have to worry about it. On both our flights, I waited an appropriate amount of time and did not receive an email with boarding passes until I called. On our return I waited for four hours, long after others in our group had received theirs, and finally called. Things went smoothly at that point, but I was the only one of four couples on the same flight who had to call.

Terrible Company! Scam
Avoid this company at all costs. The agents spoke very poor English and it was difficult to understand even basic information. Fake prices, charge extra for everything, begging for tips. Scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Buyer beware - don't use them
Interesting... LuxSkies has taken my review down twice with Trustpilot, claiming that this is a "fake review"... Here is my review - BUYER BEWARE. I did NOT have a good experience. It was shady and my "first class" tickets certainly did not feel like first class. It was not worth the $2K euro price they charged. Edit: I see their reply, but that still doesn't account for their business model is to buy two tickets, with returns that are nearly 90 days later and they only use one leg on each ticket. They cancel the other legs. I wasn't aware of this. Further, the business class "lay-back" seat on a cross-continental trip was terrible. I couldn't lay-back and therefore, had no sleep.

Hello Mr. Rhodes, Thank you for sharing your feedback. For full transparency, we would like to clarify the facts regarding your booking and travel experience: - You booked and confirmed business-class tickets, not first-class. - You selected this itinerary from multiple options provided. - You traveled exactly as ticketed, with no delays or service issues. We also wish to note that aircraft type and seat design are determined exclusively by the operating airline. While we always assist clients in selecting the most suitable premium travel options, cabin layout and comfort standards are set by the airline you elect to travel with. We previously addressed your concerns privately and provided full documentation to Trustpilot, which verified the accuracy of our records and removed earlier versions of this review. You traveled on the business-class ticket you selected and approved. Wishing you pleasant travels ahead. — LuxeSkies Team
