**★★★★★ Clarence is the unfair advantage every business traveler needs.** I travel constantly for work and Clarence has transformed what used to be a stressful grind into something seamless. The man thinks three steps ahead — every detail lands perfectly organized before I even think to ask. He even handles my check-ins before each flight so I never have to worry about it. I just show up and go. The savings alone justify the call. Clarence consistently finds fares that save me around $2,000 per ticket compared to what I'd find on my own. On a multi-city itinerary, the numbers are even more dramatic. I assumed a high-touch agent would cost more. The opposite is true. When I had to cancel trips last minute for personal reasons, Clarence handled everything — recoveries, credits, rebookings — quickly and without a single question or hassle. No stress on my end. He just took care of it. But what really sets Clarence apart is he turns business trips into experiences — unexpected detours that became highlights of my year. He doesn't just move you from A to B. He makes the journey worth remembering. Fast communication, zero pressure, obsessive attention to detail. If you travel for business without Clarence, you're making your life harder than it needs to be.

Helpful, not rushing and pushing, fair. The same time quick I would strongly support this company. Agents are polite, informed and willing to look into different variations for the trip.
