DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! This brand has been sending out promotional emails, staged as a suicide letter, telling customers about a “deal to die for” and it’s absolutely disgusting! Not only have they deleted their contact email so people can’t complain, but they are deleted every review or social media comment about this. Do not support Luxe Cosmetics. Apparently mental health is all a joke to them.

changed my mind . on the day I received , not opened . sent a email . got the usual email back . I give order number . Same email again , thats 5 weeks ago . ??? THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE RETURNS . They are are a SCAM . YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR MIND the item is still sitting in it's pkt . .

They don’t work, and the company refuses to honor their so-called “satisfaction guarantee.” I’ve been going back and forth with them for over a month, and all they offer is store credit — not the full refund they promise. The product failed completely, and their customer service is just as bad. This company is not trustworthy. Save your money and stay away update as you can see I am still getting the runaround with the company. In a private email I received the offering of a partial refund and store credit. I am still receiving their runaround and refusal to stand behind their full refund satisfaction guaranteed so once again do not waste your money or time with this fraud of the company.

This is what I asked: The Product Information File (PIF) contains information on how safe a cosmetic product is for human health. The PIF supports cosmetic product safety by providing: a safety assessment, which confirms a cosmetic product is safe and gives the scientific evidence to support this. The information must be made available to the public: Their response ( didn’t provide any sort of evidence: I completely understand your concerns regarding the legality and safety of the product. This is a SCAM. It’s been a month and still not received my items and now tracking says it was delivered but I have not recieved any items or packages from them. They are not responding to my customer service messages and have not received any refund from them. When I looked for the company on the BBB it says not found. Be aware!
