Good service, bad communication
We got our product earlier than expected, and it was in perfect condition. The price was comparable, if not a little lower, than other sites we checked. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because after receiving an invoice for the order, we never received any kind of shipping info to know when it would arrive.

We've since identified and corrected the issue (there was a system setting that needed updating), and all customers should get shipping confirmation emails going forward.
