WORST company every
I will never purchase anything from this company again. I order a CANVAS and received a cheap poster for $50 Then the personalized front door mat NEVER ARRIVED! Both were Christmas presents - very very disappointed.

Not quite what I was expecting
Not quite what I was expecting. But it is nice just not that quality made for the price.

I did not get the correct ornament
I did not get the correct ornament. I asked for one with Victor and Jennifer but was sent one with Bob and Suzie instead. I emailed about it and was told a replacement would be issued within two weeks. It never came, nor was I refunded. This was months ago. Very disappointed.

They came printed backwards and nobody…
They came printed backwards and nobody will help fix the order

The product is printed one side so the other side is backwards. Please send us the photos of 2 sides at [email protected] and we’ll help sort this out immediately.

Disappointed
The item was initially lost and was late arriving. Once received, I was disappointed in the quality. It was a waste of money and time. I had to find another, more worthwhile, gift.

Unfortunately, things can sometimes happen that are out of our control. We work hard to prepare for contingencies, but ultimately the lost is the responsibility of the carrier. I ordered 13 door mats
I ordered 13 door mats. Took a while for them to deliver and was giving 2 different tracking numbers. Thought it was a scam but what a wonderful surprise when they arrived. Beautiful..however a little thin. I'm very satisfied with my products

Not what you think at first look
When I first received the ornaments I was disappointed because the color was not bright as I expected. After a couple of weeks, I received an email from Luvingrace that I needed to remove the covering from them. I am thinking this happened to others. My only suggestion would be to include that information with the original order regularly. Once that covering was removed, they are beautiful and I am totally satisfied.
