I am unable to talk to a human at the company to confirm my order and also to cancel the order. On their website it says if I cancel before shipping my money is refunded. So far I have followed all their website instruction and stil no refund or direct communication. Fear this a scam. Company finally refunded my money but still did not call or send custom email
