They are a scam. I ordered a product. Then they said it was a pre-order (after the fact) and it would come out in 1-3 months. Then after 3 months and reaching back out since nothing arrived, they said sorry we will give refund. Which of course never happened. Multiple emails went unanswered. You can't dispute it with your credit card - too much time elapsed.

SCAM!! Avoid. Notice all the reviews here are all on the same day. This site does not actually have customer service. Be aware there are no returns at all. I’ve emailed many times and nothing back. Avoid this site.
