LuroroReviews of luroro.com

I have never been scammed by a company as this one. The photos on the website is NOTHING like what I received. I actually thought it was a mistake and received the wrong item. They say it is. It wasn’t even close! What a joke. Wasted over $100 for my grandkids. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

EL MAYOR ENGAÑO QUE HAY!. 3D DICEN JAJAJAJA VAYA MI.... LO QUE HAN MANDADO Y ENCIMA NO PUEDES RECLAMAR, 60€ TIRADOS A LA BASURA, OJALA LOS TENGAIS QUE USAR PARA MEDICINAS. JUGAR ASI CON LAS ILUSIONES DE LOS NIÑOS! OJALA OS DENUNCIEN BIEN DENUNCIADOS. SINVERGÜENZAS!!!!!!!

The add shows a ceramic dinosaur. What I got was a flat plastic cut out with a decal of the dinosaur. They say it's in the description. Just read it. There is no mention of plastic. Total rip off.

Absolute rubbish. Nothing like advertised. Typical AI. Going straight in the bin. Sheer plastic

I ordered an item from Luroro, through instagram on 02/12/25 for my Grandson. A stuffed dinosaur with a young lad on its back, meant to resemble the image of the photo you upload at time of purchase. Was sent an email informing me the item had been dispatched, then another email on NYE stating a delivery attempt had been made. I tried to contact Luroro, the only means of contact was via messenger, which I do not have. No other form of communication from Luroro has been made. So, basically £50 down the pan.

Would not give any stars. Bought ornament that looked like resin and 3d. Turned out to be a picture printed on Perspex. Cheap and nasty not worth £10 let alone the the £30 I paid. Shocking !!!!

One word…. SCAM! Do not buy!!!

I received my dinosaur sculpture, but with the picture of your model, not my grandson. I thought this would be easy to correct, but it is impossible to send a message to you. I don’t feel I need to go onto Facebook to contact you. I guess I’m just going to have to eat my $50.
