Hi Gail, Thank you for flagging this. Your case shipped from us on July 29, one day after your order, and cleared Philippine customs on August 1. The tracking shows it held at the carrier's facility since then, and the "refused by recipient" entry does not match what you have described, so we have opened a case with FedEx to get it back out for delivery. Hi Mounir, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. This order dates back to December 2024. When you contacted us months later regarding the magnet concern, you shared a video using a decorative magnet. We reviewed this and explained that our cases are designed specifically for MagSafe-compatible accessories and are not intended to function with decorative magnets or other non-MagSafe mounts. You confirmed that switching to a proper MagSafe mount resolved the issue. You later mentioned signs of wear after several months of use.
