I'm Not exactly sure place order couple weeks ago. No products sent No communication. Tried to enquire about when my package would arrive and Nothing? Impossible to contact support. Web site is amazing and I would really love to do business with them but not if it is like this. Please help ?

When I put the promo code in it did not change the total price. Plus your shipping prices are way too high and out of line with other shops

Pictures of the molds were hard to see and I couldn’t enlarge them. I only bought one to try because of the return policy. If the pictures were better I might would have purchased multiple molds
