Never received my item which I ordered on the 26/12 it was a pair of shoes which were £604 it was Stuck in customs as the wring paperwork was sent with the parcel , know fedex had to return the package which they got back on the 5th December and I have not been refunded do not order from this company

They take forever to respond on a return and they will request for you to purchase your own label and charge you a $35 fee to return

I requested to return a product due to size and even asked that they make an exchange. I was sent an email stating they were a small business and asked me to keep the product for a discount. I told them I needed the next size up and they never responded.

They sold me a dress on Reversible, confirmed it would be sent the next week. It was never sent and finally they cancelled. Still no refund of my $1400. And now I see all the bad reviews saying the exact same story of them. BEWARE.

Charged but order cancelled due to 'out of stock', scam

I attempted to make a purchase on September 12 from Luosophy while based in California. To my surprise, the final price at checkout did not include sales tax, nor was it mentioned anywhere in the process. As a resident of California, where sales tax collection is mandatory, this immediately raised red flags for me. It makes me seriously question whether Luosophy is properly handling tax collection. This kind of oversight is not just a minor inconvenience; it poses potential risks for me as a customer. If the company isn’t collecting and remitting sales taxes as required by law, I could be held responsible for the unpaid taxes. Moreover, there could be complications if the company is audited or if state tax authorities investigate irregularities. Being caught up in such issues would be extremely frustrating and stressful, especially for something as simple as an online purchase. If you’re purchasing from California—or any state where sales tax applies—be very cautious when dealing with Luosophy. The lack of transparency around taxes is concerning, and I believe consumers deserve better. I won’t be risking another purchase until I have clarity that this issue has been addressed and resolved.
