I never heard of this website before and just happened to come across it while searching for a particular winter coat that is made in Italy. I found the website extremely straightforward and helpful with my questions with immediate same day reply. I ordered the coat and received the coat directly from Italy after only a few days. I highly recommend this website. By the way, the prices are the best you will find anywhere!

It was a great experience

My first shopping experience was amazing! The Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses that I wanted were marked down. I received a $250 discount! I placed my order on a Thursday, and they arrived on Monday afternoon! And I love my new, authentic sunglasses! Thank you 😊

I sent an item back to a partner that this company deals with Julian Fashion. My tracking indicates they received it on 9/24/26. I have sent emails with no response. As of today no communication from them. Buyer beware!

I made an order online, money was taken from my account immediately. I did not receive a confirmation on my order so I emailed them directly. They said they had no order for me. I asked why they took my money their reply was they didn’t. I have had to contact my bank and dispute transaction. It was AUD 988.43 I wish I could put photos up to show bank transfer and their response. Do not use this company. So it has now been cleared the money however I still have not had money returned. I have asked the company for an email stating they want the money reversed to my bank however I have not received this. They have contacted me asking for me to remove review. I will advise an update when the money is paid back to me.

I have now ordered multiple items from Luosophy and will gladly continue to order from them in the future. The products have been in excellent condition, including all packaging in great shape. One of the orders encountered issues during shipment (the shipping company misplaced the package), and Luosophy was on top of everything. They were communicating with the shipping company daily and communicating with me nearly every other day. Ultimately, the shipper fully lost the package, and Luosophy immediately found us a replacement and had it shipped out the next day. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of their responsiveness and desire to get us the item we wanted so badly. Looking forward to ordering more items from them soon!
